Jasmine Bega
It’s been 15+ years of helping Las Vegas buyers find their home and neighborhood or helping sellers pass on their home to others. To this day I’m always honored and excited to be a part of something so important in my client’s lives. Prior to obtaining a real estate license, I worked at Nevada Title and gained the knowledge of working in escrow which involved effectively coordinating the purchase and sale of any residential property and communicating with real estate agents, buyers, sellers & lenders on a daily basis.
As a full-time agent now, I stay up to date with our local market trends and statistics, and I am committed to viewing resale inventory and new home communities so I can stay up to date on possible incentives for my buyers. It’s my goal to combine this data and thoughtful personal expertise to give my clients an edge when buying and selling.
Follow up is my thing! I will not forget about clients after they close on a home! I will continue checking in and educating past clients about our ever-changing market and it’s a huge reason why my Renters eventually turn into Buyers and my Buyers eventually turn into Seller clients and then Buyers again!
